Sleep is getting worse and 6 month not interested in weaning

My ds has always been a reasonable sleeper and fairly good at self settling. He always knew the difference between night and day and slept much longer at night in a next to me cot, and due to having a 22month old sister he's had to nap on the go or wherever we are at the time and because of this I thought we'd avoided sleep training. Recently he's been looking for more milk in the night which then leads to leaking nappies and more disruption and his naps and feed have gone from fairly reliable times to all over the place. He's a really big boy and wants very regular bottles but rarely finishes 6ounces in one go so often needs more within a couple of hours in the day, which I've always been ok with as he went longer periods at night but thats stopped being so reliable. despite my best attempts he's not really interested in food yet because he has tongue thrust so there's no way of seeing whether this is genuine hunger or whether he could do with more of a routine. He also has a dummy that he needs to settle himself that I wonder if i should get rid of to help him longer term with his sleep.

Does anyone have any thoughts? Does he need sleep training? More structure with how often he has a bottle? He's having 3 naps a day usually although that can vary depending on how often he's in the pushchair.
Thanks in advance

I'd say more daytime milk is needed. It's not unreasonable to be having a full bottle every 2h - so 8 bottles a day.

Fit in solids meals in between these bottles, not in place of.
