8 week old - can’t put down and will not sleep anywhere other than on me!

My 8 week old will cry if put down awake (in a swing chair, on a play mat, in a Moses basket..etc)
Nighttime’s are so difficult as I really want to follow all the safe sleep advice, but the second I put her down in her next2me she wakes up crying. I’m breastfeeding and she won’t take a dummy so it’s a cry until I nurse her back to sleep. Then we repeat this literally all night. I’m so exhausted I either end up getting up or sleeping with her on me which I really don’t want to do.
The longest stretch she has done in her bed is 30mins! We’ve tried swaddling, warming mattress up with a hot water bottle, white noise..etc.
Completely at a loss.. any advice will be greatly received x

I don't have any advice but just to say my 9 wo is currently the same! She was sleeping a few weeks ago but this has stopped. I have found playing a white noise video on YouTube, making sure the room is completely dark and gently rocking her will get her drowsy/to sleep - but it's putting her down that's the issue. Sometimes I'll put her down and leave my hand on her chest for a while which has worked once or twice!

Same same same.... The only thing that has half worked on occasion (haha) is getting him to sleep on me with a blanket, keeping the blanket on him and putting him in the sleepyhead next to me while I'm still holding him but lying down, then putting the sleepyhead in the next to me!!!

Definitely not ideal, such a palava but worth a try if they stay like that for a bit?

I also know sleepyheads are not really advised for night sleep.
