I'd call 111 x

Has she suddenly stopped pooing? Did she poo a lot previously? As per previous poster, get medical advice asap.

Infacol gave my baby terrible constipation so I would stop using that. I used to cycle baby’s legs to move things along and circle motions on the stomach in a clockwise direction.
If you are worried at all though, definitely call 111, they’ve always been great at getting my ooh appointments for my little ones.

I found Infacol made it worse - i never breastfeed due factors so it was working out what formula was right as some would make him backed up or sick.

Also for hard tummy, are you using any bottles, this could be causing trapped wind.

If she straining trying rubbing her tummy and moving legs up and down to tummy a few times. This helps with movement.

Good luck.

With a baby that young, always seek qualified medical advice.

If you think she's constipated, I'd cut back on the formula and go for upping the breast milk if at all possible- it's a natural laxative.

I have just come out the other side of 10months of my EBF DS suffering like this. Nothing worked. We tried infacol, dentinox, gripe water, fennel tea, colief, colic massages (and had a nurse come to the house weekly to do it too), crib tilt, bicycle legs, baths, car rides, warm compresses, pram walks, fancy swing, bouncer, sling, going CMP free.
After a blood test we discovered he is allergic to egg,soy and CMP. So both myself and LO are on militantly strict diets.
And now he's like a new baby!
Wish my HV had suggest an elimination diet right at the beginning.

I'd get medical advise. Did she pass meconium on time after she was born?
