3 month old sleeping

Our baby has slept 10-5 and then 5.30-8.30 since being 2 weeks old. However over the last few weeks she has been going to bed around 7-8pm, we therefore introduced a dream feed. Sometimes she’s too asleep to drink anything, sometimes she stays asleep and drinks a few oz and sometimes she wakes completely.
It seemed to keep her asleep for the first few nights, however now she is still waking around 2-3am for a feed and then seems to be unsettled for the rest of the night until waking for the day between 6-7am

Am I expecting too much? Should I keep trying with the dream feed?
She doesn’t wake crying, I can just hear her writhing around fighting her arms in her swaddle bag. (We have attempted to take her out of the bag but her arms are still very flaily and wake her up)

We also think she could be teething? And according to our wonder weeks app she could be in a leap?

I hadn’t felt exhaustion until this week. The later bedtime seemed to work so much better but she just can’t stay up like that anymore

We're in the same boat. Relatively good sleeper until recently.

3-4 months their circadian rhythm goes through a development and there is a sleep regression.

We just have to hang in there!

Could try without dreamfeed? See if makes a difference? Some people say you can disturb them with a dreamfeed 🤷🏼‍♀️

Though sleep is becoming all developmental now so expect lots of changes, disturbances and such.

Just check awake windows and lo isn't overtired.

@SylvesterTheCat yes Iv also considered that, she is 13 weeks so could be possible? And also had her injections on Tuesday so maybe that’s disturbed her slightly

@Fancyties I’m good at wake windows during the day, And she goes to sleep great for the first stint of the night (approx 7 hours)
It’s after this I seem to be struggling.

They say the first 7/8 hours of sleep are the best. I would say it could be sleep regression brewing.

My little one turns 3months on Monday and still wakes every three hours for feeds, (he did go from 10 till 4.30 for a couple of nights - but appears that could have been 12 week jabs Confused). He doesn't feed well only taking about 15oz during day, which we are working through with peadeatric dietician.

I find the dreamfeed difficult and with both mine never had great success.
