Great night sleep. Inconsistent naps

Baby is 15 weeks on Sunday.
Great little night sleeper
Into sleeping bag and Moses basket about 7pm.
Settles from awake to asleep in the basket with a dummy.
Sleeps from 7/7.30-2am ish and then I pop the dummy back in as she wakes up and whines.
Often she then sleeps until 6.30am. sometimes she'll wake for the dummy between 1-3 times after 2am but sometimes it's just the once at 2am

Great!

Naps though.
Today she woke at 6.30am
At 7.50am she was v whiney
Into buggy she went and rocked back and forth for 30 mins with dummy. No sleep
Into bouncy chair and bounced for 25 minutes. No sleep .

Fed again. Tried again. No sleep.
Eventually she fell asleep about 10.10am in my arms with a dummy and then slept until 11.30am and then woke up crying and still looked tired to me.
Fed again but wouldn't sleep again.
Is out for a walk now with DP to try and get a nap.

She just will not nap much at home!
School days I have a school run and she often naps in the buggy or sling from 8-10am if I keep walking but sometimes it's just 30 mins and again from 2-4pm if I keep walking but sometimes that's also just 30 mins.
But at home she just can't seem to nap much and won't stop whining sometimes.
I know the dummy is not our issue but is this normal some nights to wake more frequently for it than other nights?
Also she sounds deeply asleep for the first part of the night and then from 3am onwards is more restless sounding but asleep when I look.
She is FF and takes 5 times 6-7oZ from 6.30am-7pm.

I completely over think and worry about over tiredness when she has rubbish naps

I've had some days where she has barely had 1.5 hours sleep between 6.30am-7pm

I suspect the second half of your night would be more settled if you gave a night feed at the first wake up.

For daytime, baby is still young so I wouldn't worry about lack of routine yet. After sleeping through, I would aim for a 2h awake window to first nap. It will develop naturally.

I have wondered that but would she not refuse the dummy until fed if hungry?

Today she napped again 3-5.30pm in the sling as my partner walked her around so she's had about 3 hours 50 mins day sleep over two naps and I think she's just drifted off in her Moses basket now with dummy.
Naps are just so hard if we are at home
She just doesn't seem to know how to switch off.
Am aware that bedtime is quite early for this age to or is that not a problem?

The 10 min / 1h rule helps with this.

● At any wake up, try for 10 mins to resettle with dummy.
● If not settled within 10 mins - Feed
● If did resettle with dummy, but then wakes again within an hour then don't bother with another dummy resettle, just feed.
(The rationale is that while baby is resetting, sleep is light due to hunger and will remain light for the rest of the night until fed. So you all get better quality, deeper sleep with the feed).

This makes sense
So last night I put the dummy in at 2am and then she did sleep until 6.30am albeit I could hear her shuffling around a lot but she was asleep when I checked a few times
I'm so sensitive to her every noise and this is my 2nd so knew this they could be noisy when sleeping

So last night she did 8-6 and needed the dummy at 11 and 3
However she seems tired but just will not nap at home again this morning
