At what time your 6 months old goes to sleep?

My 6 months old child goes to sleep around 7.30/8 pm and wakes up around 4.30/5am! We are seriously tired and open to suggestions! I've tried to keep him awake longer in the evening without any success.
He usually has a nap in the morning aroun 8 (45 mins max) and another around 1pm (2h nap) and the last one around 3.30pm (1h max). I know babies wake up early in the morning, but 4am is a bit too much for us! Thanks

So he's going down half hour after wake up after the 1pm nap?
I would stretch the third nap later so then bedtime is later.
At 6months we were at about 20:30 bedtime

Sorry my mistake. The second nap is at around 11.30am and it's usually the longest

Would he stretch the 15:30 nap to 16:00?
So it's knocking bedtime back half hour?

I know this isn’t helpful advice in the slightest but might be useful for comparison. My 6mo also goes to bed around half 7 and he’s normally up around 6 (sometimes it’s half 5 though so I feel your pain) so I wouldn’t say your bedtime is too late.
His naps are normally 1.5 hours naps 1 & 2 (occasionally 2 hours long) and nap 3 is around 45mins to an hour. He tends to do 2-2.5 hours between each wake up and the next nap.
One thing I can recommend is the huckleberry app, we did the 2 week free trial of premium and the wake windows and suggested nap times really helped us iron out a few creases. He naps longer now in the day but also sleeps a bit longer at night
