Hey!!!
My almost 4 month old sleeps at night like an angel.
She's never has much of a nap schedule and just cat naps through the day which is fine. But the last week or so she's not napping until about 2pmShockShock
Does anyone have the same experience or any help? Lol, I'm fearing she's just broken lol. X

Is she sleeping through the night and not waking at all?

What time is she getting up in the morning and going to bed at night?

When she is not napping until 2pm, what happens during the morning? Do you try for naps (What do you do?) Is she clingy, grumpy or anything? Or is she happy to lie on a playmate or sit in a pushchair or similar?

Hey! She sleeps from about 8pm-7am and we dreamfeed her at 11pm. She's happy to play, just gets a bit ratty when she's due a feed. I just think she needs to be napping?! I can tell by her face she's tired but she doesn't moan or anything. X

Assuming she feeds at 7am, I'd be expecting her to nap by the time her next feed is due, if not before. Does she not get drowsy when feeding?

Remember that babies always need more help to go to sleep for day time naps than they do at bedtime. So it might be that you're not quite giving her as much help as she wants to go to sleep.

My suggestion would be that throughout the day, once she's been awake for 2 hours max (less if grumpy or clingy), put her in something that moves and keep rhthymic movement going for 20 minutes or so. My favourite is the bouncy chair for this. Pram works too though.

No she doesnt get drowsy at all.. which is what I find confusing, I've tried all of those things and she just cries angrily or kicks about xx

If she's fighting sleep she might already be overtired. When are you attempting to get her down for her first nap? Try cutting the wake time shorter and see if she's more receptive to sleep.

Download the huckleberry app, put in her wake and sleep times and it predicts when naps are due. I found it spot on and worked really well for my 2 little ones

@hellohithere hope it helps xx

I was also going to suggest huckleberry, it was a god send for my daughter. Babies need way more sleep then you would think, and catching them before they get overtired is the key to success!
