Sleep train before or after moving into nursery?

My 6.5mo DD is breaking me with hourly wake ups and permanently latching onto the boob for hours at a time during the night, so I think I'm going to have to bite the bullet and start some sleep training.

She currently sleeps in a Snuzpod, which makes it very easy and tempting to just feed her to sleep at each wake up. I'm sure she can't be hungry every time though and this is probably a habit I will have to break if she's going to sleep better. I think this will be easier if she's in her own room so it's not so easy just to feed her in bed.

However, I'm worried that kicking her out of our bedroom and withdrawing feed-to-sleep at the same time will be a lot of change in one go. Is it better to get all the change out of the way in one go or change one thing at a time, i.e. sleep train then change room (or vice versa)?

I would keep the cot in my room, if it was me.

The chances are you'll end up cosleeping if the cot is in the nursery, because you'll be so tired and cant face another stint of getting out of bed and standing next to a cot, when you'd rather lie in bed.
