i think there is some sort of reason why this happens

don't know all the terms, but might be to do with a dip in blood sugar

i do know if i have a carby lunch i will want to go for a lie down afterwards

do you really know people who have energy all day - i am shocked and impressed

I think there was a survey done and 3.09pm when the most popular time for people feeling tired. Have a bowl of cereal.

RubySlippers · 21/11/2007 16:08

I think it's o do with out sleep and energy cycles. We all have dips in energy at 12 hr intervals and they tend to coincide with 2-4pm and 2-4am. 2-4am is usually no problem as we are generally asleep then. For the 2-4pm dip it is usually not too much of a problem unlesss we are sleep deprived to begin with.

I never usually had a dip at 2-4pm before having ds unless I'd had a few late nights in a row. I was generally not sleep deprived before having ds - Now I am hence the severe need to sleep and inability to keep eyes open in the afternoon zzzzzz
