Hi all 🙋🏻‍♀️
First time mum here to my 19 week old daughter who is a happy baby most of the time.
Due to lockdown we have established a good routine because we can’t got anywhere haha but I am worried when things (hopefully) go back to some kind of normal as at the moment I work around her.
7 am Bottle, top & tail, play
9 am-10/10.30 am - Nap (can sometimes be just 30 minutes)
10.30 am - Bottle & play
12.45 pm - 2/2.30 pm - Nap
2.30 pm - Bottle & play
4.15/4.30pm - Nap usually in the pram when I walk the dog
5/5.15pm - Play
6 pm - Bath (usually every 3rd night)
6.30 pm - Bottle
7/7.30 pm - Bed
10.30 pm - Bottle
She usually sleeps until around 5 am where she will want her dummy or cuddles, occasionally a feed
The last few nights she has been waking from 1 am every 1 hour or so, not crying, just very restless and a bit whingy. I know this is most probably sleep regression but is there anything you think I am doing wrong during the day i.e. is she sleeping too much?

No advice but my daughter was like this at 5 months, it's developmental. Lasted for about 6 weeks and the worst week she woke up every 15 minutes from midnight!

Lots of caffeine and chilling in the day.

I think she's probably waking at 1am due to hunger. Significant amounts of growing happens from around 6 months onwards, with big skill developments (sitting, crawling, walking, climbing etc) and your baby is just getting into this stage.

It might be that you need to fit an extra bottle or three into your day, so baby isn't waking st night.

Bear in mind that from 6 months you've got to start fitting in breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, while at the same time maintaining milk intake. So add in milk when you will be giving meals (once weaning).

Oh, and I don't think your us sleeping too much in the day. Looks spot on and about right to me. I think calorie related, not sleep related.
