Help with DD

So DD is 2.5 and used to sleep like a dream 8-6 but would always need someone next to her Shock. The past month she has been getting up every 2 hours for no reason and it's getting so exhausting (im also 25 weeks pregnant). So DH and I decided to try and stop her from relying on us to fall asleep and tried to leave her on her own to fall asleep this ended up in massive tantrums and making herself sick, we must've been up more than ten times putting her back to bed and it's just not working 🙁we've tried sitting next to her on a chair and moving it away but she still keeps getting up every 2 hours and sitting on a chair for 2 hours during the night is killing me and my back Confusedwe've stopped naps during the day as she falls asleep much easier at night but a combo of no naps and her being up all night is making during the day difficult. Can anyone help?

That must be so tough. Is she getting plenty of exercise? I know it's difficult right now but a lot of walking may help? Could you build with her a little obstacle course out of cushions in the living room or play "lava" and get her to jump from cushion to cushion?

Is she eating enough too? My DF had a very tall DD who kept waking. She was advised to move from 3 meals a day and2 snacks to 6 smallish meals and it worked a treat. Turns out she was just hungry.

Sleeping with her sheets for a couple nights might help as it will give her bed/cot a nice reassuring smell of you.

The No Cry Sleep Solution fir Toddlers and Preschoolers should help too Smile

@BunnyRuddington I've recently had COVID and still very breathless so exercise is difficult sometimes I do try and get her out everyday though. She's went of food just now and it's hard getting her to eat a proper meal so she might be waking up hungry? Will try and get her to eat more today, thank you!
