I always gave food at 5pm and then a bottle before bed. I didn't always give a bath before bed though as it wound them up rather than calming them down.

My DS is 8 months. For his 7pm bedtime, we do dinner at 6, bath at 6:30, bottle at 6:45, then story/song/sleep at 7.

So for 7:30-8 bedtime, I'd do dinner at 6:30, bath at 7:00, bottle at 7:15, and whatever your settling routine is at 7:30!

Gosh, we take forever to do bedtime then!

Here is:
4:45/5 dinner
Bit of play with dad as he comes in about 5:30
6pm bath, bottle, bed for 7

Thanks I normally give her tea at 5ish bath at 6 and then her dad comes back from work about 6.20 ish then she won't have her bottle til 8 and then goes to bed at half 8 think she misses her daddy!! I've tried giving her a bottle at 7 or half 7 to get her in bed earlier but she has none of it lol

Hi my daughter is 10months- we're very similar to the above ...
dinner 530/545
quick bath 615
bottle 630
645 stories, songs, sleep sack, cuddles
7 in cot, asleep within 10mins!

So adjust the time by 30mins / an hour? Smile
