HELP ME!!!

So my LG is nearly 6 months old!
& from being 4.5 months she had day naps in her cot & then from 5 months she Slepted in her own room waking up 2/3 times for milk!

She hated her next to be crib because it was too small and she could spread out, so we started cot sleeping! & she started to unlike that sue to not having enough room with me dad in the bed too!

Recently she has started not wanting to sleep at night.
I do the same routine as nap time for bedtime, only at night time I add a bath! I put her own 2.5 hours after her last nap. ( I did do 2 hours but people were telling me it wasn't long enough)
I feed my baby (BF) & then I put her down in her cot she goes to sleep perfectly & then within 10 minutes just as I go to put my first spoon full of tea In my mouth she's awake... & then she's awake all night! Sometimes I go to resettle her 4/5 times! And she's back awake soon as I put her down.
My partner tries and she screams her head off!

Her bedtime is around 00:00 at the moment till she fully settles & that means bringing her back into bed with me ( co sleeping) and we don't hear a peep!!

Is this a regression? Or has she got desperation anxiety...
someone help me. I'm a tired mummy! X

You could do with finding a way to get her to sleep in the cot, rather than getting her to sleep in your arms and putting her down already asleep.

Yes, she'll cry. BUt you dont need to leave her to cry. Still comfort her and be there for her, but teach her to go to sleep in the cot.
