How to recover from lockdown sleep deprivation

DS was 9 month old when the lockdown started. He was waking up 2-3 times a night so it was not too bad until the lockdown. DS has been going to nursery since November 2019.
Since the nursery was closed I had to look after DS during the daytime and work between 8pm and 3am most of the days during the lockdown. DS goes to bed around 8pm and wakes up around 6am. So I had around 3 hours sleep most days during lockdonw.
I am the Financial Manager and we had annual audit going on during the lockdown so I could not take annual leave.
Once nurseries reopened I was hoping I would feel better and recover. DS has been back to nursery since beginning of June but I have not recovered yet. On the contrary, I feel I tired and sleepy during the daytime and can hardly concentrate to do any work. Also it seems that I cannot do simple work tasks and easily forget things. Basically my brain does not function anywhere near the level it was before the lockdown.
I do not know what to do to recover from this situation. DS still wakes up 2-3 times a night. Due to work responsibilities I cannot take holidays till mid September but I cannot function properly either.
Anyone has been through the similar situation, please share your experience how you recovered.

Going to bed earlier would help your own sleep. It is not unusual for working new mums to be in bed by 9pm (latest) themselves.

Also, do you have a partner to help in the night?
