10 month old suddenly does not want to sleep

My LO has been sleeping in her own bed for a little while, she sleeps all night without a feed usually. The last day or 2 I've been putting her down or naps/bedtime & she's screamed the house down, crying to the point she isn't breathing which just is not like her. Usually about 10 min after I put her down in the cot she's fast asleep. She's been having to sleep with us the past 2 nights & I have to lay with her for naps which she resists most of the time which then leads to us taking her in the car as she's clearly exhausted but just will not sleep. Even during the night whilst in my bed, she is crying her her sleep a lot. I really thought we'd got in a good routine & started to get our sleep pattern back but this week it's gone down the drain & we're back to being exhausted 24/7! I know it could be teeth but as soon as I pick her up out the cot she stops crying and settles much easier in my bed. She's also been having hyper moments which I assume is down to being overtired. Could this be a sleep regression? It always seems just as we're getting somewhere something happens to ruin it all 😭

If it's only been the last day or two, it would suggest pain. Either that she's got the beginning of a bug coming, or teething, or something like ear ache. I just tend to give daily maximum calpol doses (I think 4 doses over 24h) for a couple if days, teamed with extra TLC for a few days, to get through it.
