Please can you tell me your 6 month old sleep schedule? How long do you leave between naps? How long do they nap and how long do they sleep at night?

I'm following my little boys lead with cues but it turns into him being overtired which makes it all so much harder. Any tips would be great Thankyou Smile

My LO is 6 montgs. I use a free app called huckleberry which reminds me when to give him a nap. His schudule still varies a bit day to day but on average:

Wake up 6am
Nap 1 8am 45 minutes
Nap 2 11.30am 45 minutes
Nap 3 1.30pm 45 minutes to 1.5 hours
Nap 4 5pm 30 minutes ( doesnt always have this one)
Bedtime between 7pm and 8pm depending on whether had nap 4
Wakes 1 to 2 times a night for breastmilk

I'm trying to get to this

6.30 wale up (anywhere between 5.45 and 6.40)
9am nap (8.30 the last few days- aim for 2hrs and a bit awake) sleeps 45-60 mins
Milk 11.30- nap 12 this is where my day goes wrong he doesn't sleep longer than 20 mins but have been advised by sleep consultant to feed 30 mins before nap and put down after 2 hrs of awake- not to wait for his signs. This is day two of trying this.

This should be 1.5-2hrs sleep, but has another nap at 2pm at the moment

Then 15mins at 4pm

5pm dinner
6pm milk bath, story

Final feed 6.45 and asleep by 7.

Currently waking once around 2/2.30 for a feed. Last night was up for two hours... and awake at 6am for today!

He's BF and has solids for breakfast and dinner if he's awake he has a bit of lunch with us.
