Hello,
Long winded sorry
I know some people on here will be moaning about what I'm doing and how I've down this but I don't need judgement here.
I need help and Advice.

Myself and my daughter live with my parents in. My bedroom. My room is tiny like tiny tiny.
There was enough room for a Moses basket and stuff and then there wasn't so she's slept in my bed. ( no hate I know bad idea ). But she has. Not only that's she suffered with lots and lots of allergies and intolerances. I over compensated but snuggling her to sleep. Or even sitting next to her while she falls asleep.

But now we have manage to move out my wardrobe and put my clothes else where so there rooms for a travel cot ( bought a mattress for it so a bit more like a bed ) this is just until we move out which should be soon.
I have been trying to get her to sleep in her own bed but as you can imagine it's not working.

We have a routine of bath book milk bed.
I've tried tapping her to sleep
Leaving the room and letting her cry it out.
But it all end up the same way she get so hysterical that's she sick and I have to change the bed sheets or sometimes where she sick more than once. I have to let her back in as the mattress is soaked.

What tips and trips do you have to help please xxx

@2019Babyno1
What time is bedtime?

What are her naps like in the day?

You say the room is tiny. Is there anyway you can move into a bigger room? She must be keeping the rest of the house awake too...

Black out blind? White noise?

Teething also plays a major factor at this age.

She's nearly 6 months? Could be time to start solids.

Are you getting out an about much in the day? Fresh air and a good crawl on a rug is always good.

@2019Babyno1 oops sorry 15 months!! I was replying half asleep there!!!
I have a terrible teething toddler at the moment!! But still...a good eater? Snacks 3 meals a day - so you can rule out hunger

Bedtime is 7 o'clock,
Her naps are good she naps from about 1 hour was 2 hours but she wasn't sleeping in the night so I decreased it to 1 hour.

All the rooms are roughly the same so not we can't move rooms, yes she is keeping everyone awake.

We have a black out blind.
I have tried the white noise that's didn't help tried it for about 2 weeks it didn't work.

She is teething a bit, but I don't think that is the problem as she settles straight away in my bed.

She's normally in the garden all day and we are always running around and playing. We go for our daily walk as well.
She eat fine when she wants to but she is a toddler so she picks and chooses some days that's she doesn't want anything. But she's the same whether or not she's eats correctly
