Can't cope anymore 1 year old sleep

I'm writing this after being up ALL night. This is about the 4th week of extremely limited sleep. It's gotten to the point where I fell into the banister and bruised all my arm and I keep going dizzy and feel sick.
My 1 year old DD was a good sleeper up until about 10 months old where she would wake about once, twice a night but she'd go straight back off. Now she is up every hour crying for me. I've given her cuddles, offered water and milk and also given her stuff for her teething like anbesol, teething gel, calpol. I've tried leaving her for a few minutes, stroking her in her cot, not picking her up etc.
She naps really well during the day. She has an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon.
I don't know what to do anymore. I feel so ill from not sleeping.

I don’t think she’s sleeping enough during the day

At that age.... hour in morning.
2 hours afternoon

And then... we did cry it out. 3 days DS. 2 day DD

Utterly and completely revolutionary change in my quality of life

We had similar, we had to go to a sleep clinic to fix it, best thing we ever did, Sayyy Sleep Tots, they Skype so no need to be local

And my children - sleep is a wonderful thing for everyone!

I had read every book and tried every thing, nothing had worked prior to the clinic

Changeembrace thanks for your reply. I've tried leaving her longer but she is wide awake after an hour each time.

Crying or just awake?

Lottiebugz22 · 20/01/2020 08:13

Stood up in the cot. I'll leave her a bit then she will cry for me.
