Baby sleeping too much?

I'm just curious about other peoples opinions really. My LO is 19 weeks old - 12 weeks corrected.

He currently sleeps for between 10-12 hours per night but still struggles to stay awake for more than 1.5 hours at a time during the day. Effectively his schedule is this:

6-7am feed
7-8.30am nap
8.30-10am awake / activity time
10am feed
10.15 - 11.30am nap
11.30-1pm awake / activity time
1pm feed
1.15pm - 2.30pm nap
2.30- 4pm awake / activity time
4.15 - 5.30pm nap
6.30pm bath
7pm final feed
7.15-8pm bedtime

So on average he has between 10-12 hours at night and 4-6 hours during the day.

If we deviate from this at all he will scream and generally seem very very tired so I'm sticking with it for now cause it seems like what he needs. However I was curious if people have been in a similar situation and what you did? Would be a cause for concern for you? And just generally what people think overall?

My son is now a strapping 16 yr old lad - when he was first born I rang the midwifes / HV on 3 separate occasions as he just slept and slept and slept!
Best bit is, he pretty much continued that all through his childhood Grin
Looking at the above I’d say you have nothing to worry about and long may it continue

That's pretty much my 6 months old schedule. Just with shorter nap at lunch and sometimes no last nap.

Just let him sleep. Unless he can't stay awake for more than an hour at a time he's golden.

Let sleeping babies lie. I had two very sleepy babies. In the beginning I was like you, and wondering whether to wake them to feed, but they were alert when awake, ate well, put on weight, and slept through the night. I just think some babies enjoy sleeping.

Thanks all - can you tell I'm a FTM? Grin I guess I just needed a bit of reassurance that it can be normal, and so long as he's happy and healthy I'm certainly not going to complain!
