Getting back to normal after 4 month sleep regression

Hi lovely's!

This is my first time posting and I was wondering if someone has gone through the same thing and has some tips.

So my little boy was always a great sleeper! As soon as we brought him home he would only wake once or twice in the night for a feed. But that all changed when he hit the 4 month sleep regression.
He started waking every 2/3 hours some nights even every hour.
It's been nearly 3 months and his sleeping isn't getting any better.
I'm 'worried' that his sleeping schedule has changed and he has got used to it?
Has anyone else had the same problem?
Any advice would be great. Sorry for the long post...
thanks xx

Sorry no advice but you're not alone. 3.5 months and we're still suffering the fall out from the 4 month sleep regression, and now the 8 month one is away to hit.

It's 4:45am now and my baby has been awake since 3:30am and she used to sleep 10-12 hours a night. Absolutely destroyed lol and when I read posts like this saying it lasted months I want to cry :,)

@Elhan I kinda messed up when he started waking every hour as I was breastfeeding him to sleep every time as he'd fall asleep quicker. I was just knackered and we both needed the sleep but know he won't fall asleep without a feed and I've just stopped breastfeeding which makes it more of a pain having to get up to make him a small bottle every 2/3 hours especially now it's winter and you don't feel like getting out of bed😫
