Hi, so I’m on my 3rd tri @ 33 weeks & I think the most sleep a night I’m getting is 2/3 hours....
I’ve done everything that anyone has possibly told me to do to get the most sleep & nothing seems to be working, I just don’t no if I’m missing something!!
Can anyone possibly help or give me some advice....

Thanks
:)

It's so hard! The third trimester is tiring anyway and then when you don't get any sleep it's even worse!
Try and get as comfortable as possible and close eyes and focus on breathing, just counting breaths and knowing that even if you aren't getting any sleep you are getting some calm resting time. I tried to learn about hypnobitthong and listen to the tracks before bed and they are very good, it took ages to learn as I'd drift off very quickly!
Mindful hypnobirthing by Sophie fetcher - you can google that and get 3 of the tracks from a website. And use headphones if you can still tolerate dp in your bed! I found not sharing a bed helped due to the constant tossing and turning in the night. Good luck and the end is in sight! X

Sleep on your own. Don't look at your phone when you wake up, don't even check the time! If you need to, read a book in low light. Don't plan too much on your days off. Sleep when you can. Eye mask. No caffeine before bed (Inc chocolate). Pillow between your legs to support your hips.
When going to the loo, after a wee, wait for a few mins to make sure your bladder is totally empty and it won't fill up so fast!

I’m no help really as I have pregnancy insomnia from the start , but these days I go with it, move to the spare room and listen to an audiobook (sometimes for hours) in the dark until I (hopefully) drift off again

Me too! Can't sleep! Slept for like an hour this night! 37 plus 4 today

No real tips from me I’m afraid... almost at 33 weeks and in the same boat! Although I have kicked DH out of the bedroom so am free to toss and turn and get up as much as I like without worrying about him!

I've been told by a doctor that relaxing with your eyes closed is the next best thing to sleep. Just close your eyes and don't think of how much sleep you had otherwise you're putting pressure on your self.
Also don't clock watch. If you spend the whole day thinking oh I've only had three hours sleep you'll feel more tired (there was some study but can't remember the details where people thought they had more sleep than they did and for some psychological reason it made them less tired)
It helped me in the third trimester and at stressful times when I just couldn't sleep.
