Baby sick when put in crib

My 12wo daughter won't sleep in her crib, she wakes as soon as she is put down. But what we really can't understand is that nearly every time we do try putting her in her crib (whilst she is asleep) she is sick, the same thing happens in her moses basket. It is not related to lying down - in 4 weeks of co-sleeping she has been sick on the bed once or twice and she spends a lot of awake time lying down without being sick.
Has anyone else experienced this or heard of this happening? I have spoken to health practitioners and none of them have ever heard of this so it has been difficult to try and stop it happening.

Possibly reflux related. Have you tried a wedge?

From what I understand using a wedge is not recommended for use? We are using a next2me so can elevate one end which does not help. Plus it does not happen when lying flat in our bed.

Apologies, it’s a while since mine were babies so I’m not up to date with the recommendations. I do mean a wedge that goes under the mattress (not a sleep positioner), or cot blocks might be an option. The aim being to put baby on a slight incline. One of mine had to be held upright for a good 30 minutes after a feed before he could be put down

I was told they were not recommended as they are not proven to work and can result in the baby sliding down to an unsafe position. But yep we usually hold her for a while, she has done it even after being held upright for an hour!!!

Probably is reflux related then. How is baby fed? It could be a symptom of a milk allergy (that was our problem but we didn’t discover until weaning), or could just be reflux. All babies eventually grow out of it, but some take longer. I’m surprised the hv hasn’t discussed reflux. To be honest the only fix for us seemed to be front sleeping which is also not recommended

She is breastfed. The issue is that it only happens when put in her crib. I can put her down on the bed or playmat straight after feeding with no issue so it is not related to reflux. If i don't try and put her in the crib and just co-sleep, she won't be sick all night.
