So odd our baby 6 months next week sleeps great through the night but screams when shes brought into the bedroom.Like a scared scream cry,although hungry (we wait for her last feed of the night) will scream not take bottle,which makes it worst hungry tired.

You could rock her for a hour in your arms still screaming.Really hard to get her to calm down enough to eat. .It just suddenly started a few days ago. Usually routine is change,place her in bag,dim lights,favorite lullaby ,given comforter wile eating .Stroke her head till she drifts off after meal.But now the moment she realises shes in the bedroom she screams,she does not appear to be teething.I dont know whats going on

@rosydreams

Do you have to take her into the bedroom to get her to sleep? Can she sleep somewhere in the living room just for a change until she gets over this fear.

With my DS I've always fed to sleep on my bed, then once he is asleep I walk him to his room and put into the cot. Maybe try that?

its so odd i dont know why she gets so hysterical ,problem is shes a light sleeper.If we get her to sleep downstairs and pick her up she will wake.If she has just a 10 minute nap she will be up for hours =/

shes still in our room we only moved a few months ago and have yet to decorate her room.We have had so much to work on we have not got round to it.My other half and i rock her in our arms to sleep before putting her down.We find she wont settle in the crib by herself

I find she does settle better with me problem is i work evenings and will be going back to work after christmas.

What if you fed in the living room then took baby up once full and sleepy?
