5 month old constantly waking through the night

Hello!

My little girl is 6 months old on Friday and is constantly waking in the night, sometimes every hour or more! She slept through from 3 months, then hit 4 months old and everything changed. She has a good bedtime routine and falls asleep at the same time every night (between 19:30 and 20:00) I've tried everything that could be bothering her, nappy change, checking she's not too hot/cold but no joy! She's isn't hungry either. She'll settle more quickly when I give her her dummy but this can still sometimes take a while. Has anyone else experienced this before? Would appreciate any advice!

Is she teething?all babies different but DD used to wake a lot during the night due to teething wouldn't settle despite doing everything would only co-sleep then once was settled or tooth emerged would be fine to sleep in her own bed x

Hi, have you read this article? It sounds like your baby is a totally normal baby! I know how brutal it is, but she will sleep for longer periods again. Just hang in there!

@GlitterSparkle85 I found Sarah’s articles when I was convinced I had broken my baby and it gave me a lot of reassurance to know I wasn’t alone. She also gave me the confidence to co-sleep when my son needed to Smile

@MintTeaLady thank you that's such an interesting article and makes a lot of sense! @GlitterSparkle85 not silly at all! I thought that could be the problem for a bit too as she showed all the signs for a while but it soon passed
