Sleeping through the night

My baby is seven weeks old and is starting to sleep from 7:30pm until 4:30am or more during the night!
At the moment I'm waking her up at nine hours and feeding her, but is it ok to let her carry on sleeping until she wakes herself up?
I'm scared that if I let her go for too long she will become dehydrated or in the day won't catch up with the amount of milk she should be drinking.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks

Thats ok, don't worry, enjoy it.
My DD slept from 8 - 7 from 2 months old. Just gave her a bottle before going to bed and when she wakes up. Still in that routine and she is 15months.

This probably won't be much help but my LO started sleeping 10-7 every night from about 3 weeks old. HV said we should wake her for a feed, everyone else said no . Tbh we tried waking her but she only took about 1oz (she's ff), so we didn't think it was worth it and have let her sleep ever since.

My first was a mega-sleeper too, she first slept 10 hours solid at night at one day old. Which sounds unbelievable, I certainly hadn't realised this was possible before it happened, and worried a bit before I just settled into enjoying it.

Is your baby already large, I think it can be a problem if they're small or not putting on weight. my dd was big and fat (91st centile) so it wasn't a problem for her.

I just say you're very, very lucky and do not worry about it.

Oh don't wake her up - my DS slept through from 7pm until 5-6am pretty much from about 3 weeks although we did give him a dream feed at 10pm - but tbh, we dropped this fairly quickly as he was only taking 1-2 oz so really wasn't worth the hassle.

If she is hungry/thirsty, she will wake up - although there may be some issues about milk supply if you are bf (but I don't know anything about that - hopefully someone will come along with more expertise on that).

Just enjoy - I did!

Thank you very much for all your responses.
She is being bottle fed and I'm going to enjoy her sleeping for as long as it lasts and not wake her.
It was just that I was worried that she would be getting dehydrated or not drinking enough milk.
Thanks once again.
