Does your 3 year old nap? Also what time your toddler gets up in the morning and go for a sleep at night? I just feel my DD should be getting more sleep but she hasn't napped for about a year, is up every morning between 6 and 7. We are trying to get her to bed at roughly 19.30 but even then she's sometimes not tired. We go out every day, she walks, cycles, park .. Never stops through the day really 🌪️ p.s. She does get some sugary treats through the day however we do pay attention that it wouldn't be excessive amounts and she doesn't drink flavoured (sugared) water, juice etc

Forgot to add - just does wake up once a night every night for half a bottle of milk!!! 🙄

How is she during the day? Does she seem overtired or is she ok on the amount she’s getting?

I’d also try cutting out the milk in the middle of the night. A 3 year old doesn’t need milk in the middle of the night, it’ll be a habit and might be having an impact on her sleep quality. Most 3 year olds don’t nap during the day, although might fall asleep in car or after a strenuous activity, lots of fresh air etc.

@needadisconap I know, she shouldn't be having milk at night... Me and dh are not sure how to cut it out. If we say no, just sleep, you can have milk in the morning etc, she'll start crying, getting up... Sometimes she'll manage til early morning and then ask for milk. I know she's just used to it.. Now with second baby on the way, it's gona be a hard work 🙈 through the day she's actually ok, sometimes will be tantrum-y around 4 but not everyday
