Temperature

Hi everyone, with the current temperatures something came to mind...
The advice is to keep a bedroom around 16-20 degrees for sleep. However if my room is ever that temperature, it's freezing and with the clothes it advises you to to baby in, he's cold in so he has to wear more! I'm just wondering what everyone else thinks? As those lovely guidelines sometimes make you (well they do me) feel like you're doing it wrong!

Have you got a reliable room thermometer? 16-20 degrees shouldn't be that cold.
A good way to check if they are cold is to feel their tummy or back. It's ok for their hands, feet, face to feel cold.
