DD 7m and in 4 weeks I am back at work and she is at nursery.I am starting to panic about this routine - can anyone calm me down?!

Currently day goes something like this:-
5.50am wake up
6.30am milk BF
8am breakfast
8.30am nap 1 1/2hours
10.00am milk- bottle
11.45 lunch
12.45pm nap 1 hour
2.30pm BF or bottle
3.30pm fruit snack
4.30pm sometimes 15-30 min nap
5.15 tea
6.15pm bath and BF
7.15pm bed
10.30 try a dreamfeed - usually rejected
4.30 wakes and grizzles - needs dummy

Firstly does this sound normal? I am getting very depressed by it! Seems like a lot of milk feeds still and very early waking?
Secondly, I am DESPERATE to get this whole thing shifted forward an half an hour - tried black out blinds - probably not as pitch black as it could be? Does this really make much difference? Any other ideas?

Don't worry. When DD went to nursery at 6 months I don't think I could have written a routine down for her. After a couple of weeks she had slotted into a routine and never looked back. I think it helped that their lunchtimes were fixed and with a definite fixed point in the day, the rest fell into place. Plus they did so much more with her that she was tired enough to sleep properly.
I know they did have some difficulty getting her off to sleep but I gave permission for her to sleep in a chair / pushchair if that was where she fell asleep. That way they didn't feel they had to move her if she dropped off.
For blackout try bin liners taped over the windows. Not a great design accessory but works a treat.

That is only 4 milk feeds if you don't count the dream feed. I think that will gradually reduce over time. And it is not all that different to the routine my DS had at that age.

Don't worry, ds couldn't sleep without being b/fed when he started at the CM's and he was just fine. They are experienced and will have a way of sorting things out. Their routine will be fairly standard though as they will need to use it for all kids, so if you could start to adjust yours to provide consistency, that might help a lot.

Ds had 2 naps a day before he went but only one when he was there and he was fine.

It looks absolutely fine for that age, loads of babies take much longer to get into solids and being around other children will change her habits too. Just enjoy this last period together! She will probably be much more tired when she starts nursery so maybe will sleep later... or not if she is anything like mine! I find midmorning is often a good time to shove more solid snacks in if you do want to do that.
