How long a nap do they generally have?
And what time?

We are struggling balancing DDs sleep, she will happily sleep straight through the night, but naps can range from 15 mins - 3 hours

Trying to get a routine because she's suffering night terrors (I think) and I'm hoping good routine might help with it

TIA

Hi, I have an 18-month old baby girl.
She wakes 7.30am, naps 12.30-2.30. She naps in her cot every day.
I put her to bed at 7pm and sometimes she messes around for up to 30 mins. So she sleeps 12 to 12.5 hrs a night.

Thanks for your response @GenevaMaybe

We have always done 7pm bed time but having abit of a battle and I'm not sure why.

Is there a time you wake her up from the nap? If it was getting near to three hours for eg or too close to bed time?

DD played around in her cot from 7pm to nearly 9 the other night. And then it throws everything out for a long time!

Mine sleeps from 11-12 . Used to do 12 not sure why he reduced it! More often it’s 11 now.
He won’t nap much longer than 1.5 in day atm but I wake him if it’s over 2 hours so our day is often
Wake 630 but recently been nearer 6
Nap 1230-230 but often 1230-2
Sleep 7-730

Yes I wake her every day at 2.30 unless she’s sick, then I let her sleep until 3 or 3.30.

She’s so used to the 2.30 wake up that she generally pings awake at 2.29!
