Getting my boy to sleep longer

My baby boy is 5 1/2 months and use to sleep a dream (10pm-5am, feed then sleep until 7/8am). The 4 month regression started at 3 1/2 months and he had teething and he had his growth spurt but since 3 1/2 month, he does not sleep well.
He naps beautifully and self settles well for naps. We do a bed routine (bath, massage, PJs, story, bed) and he feeds enough during the day and is really happy. He sleeps in his Chico beside my bed and always has done.

I put him down for 7.30 sleepy but awake, he settles to sleep. Then wakes an hour later. So I might give him a something for his teething and he'll sleep but wakes an hour later. Then he's awake for a couple of hours with nothing settling him. He then will go down at 10.30pm but will wake around 1am for a feed. I feed then he sleeps waking at 3/4am. I give him another feed as comforting doesn't soothe him. He wakes again an hour or 2 later and is wide awake. This broken sleep is killing me. He's not too hot, cold, no wet nappy, good bed routine, self settles well... I don't know what else to do!!

6 month regression. Ime there's not much you can do apart from ride it out. It will get better but god it's hellish when you are in the middle of it.

😭 is being a baby a constant 'regression'. I just want my boy that sleeps through the night back. Obviously as long as he's happy then I'm happy but Jheeze! I'm exhausted and emotional!
