Rolling onto front and waking up all the time!

I have a new problem now. My daughter is 5.5 months old and is now rolling over in her sleep but waking herself up crying when she does it. I have to go in about 5 times every hour to turn her back over. Any tips or ideas to help?
Thank you!

This too shall pass. It’s torture, but it won’t last forever, I promise!

My 4.5 month old is doing this, I just used a rolled up towel to stop her going over as she doesn't know how to roll back yet

Due to stomach issues my 4 month old has never been able to sleep on his back ( I know I'm going to get slaughtered about that), we got a "sleepyhead" and it supports him sleeping on his side so he doesn't roll back, it would do the opposite for you! They're expensive new but can find a bargain on fb marketplace or eBay.

My boy twin started rolling like that at seven months and even though he sleeps right next to me it was still a total pain.

Like above poster I got a second hand pur flo nest (similar to a sleepyhead) and he now sleeps roll freeSmile I was quite reluctant as they are considered a SIDS risk. It’s up to you to weigh up the pros and cons.

I remember a similar stage but it did pass after a couple of weeks and she then started sleeping much better when she got comfortable on her front

Ahhhhh I remember this well but as pp says it will pass I promise! I don't really think there is much you can do in the meantime
For us with our twins it was only a few nights or a week of it
Good luck!
