7 week old sleeping in arms - HELP

My 7 wo baby won't sleep at night unless she is in my arms, I sleep safely with her and am a very light sleeper. She has acid reflux so likes to be on a tilt. Is there anyone else who does this?

Have you tried tightly swaddling? Velcro swaddles made a lot of difference to us at this age.

I have, I swaddle her every night and in her sleeping pod she'll sleep for max 45mins like that however on my arms she will sleep for 2 hours sometimes

Would putting her crib on a tilt help with the reflux? My DS has reflux and we have a Tutti Bambini crib attached to the bed which is adjustable so there is a slight tilt. This has helped him with sleep. She would also be very close to you still.

I used to swaddle DD, she had reflux, so I used to put her on her side, with a rolled towel at her back. She seemed happy to have to cosiness of the swaddle, and something touching her.

You are not alone! I did that for the first 6 and a half months. And gradually layed her next to me and eventually she was happy to sleep next to me but must be touching and even now at 13 months she peeps in the night to make sure I'm still there. No amount of swaddling, bedding, decent mattress, nice cot/crib/Moses basket worked.

I actually prefer her sleeping me as I always feel anxious when she's by herself as she sometimes chokes due to the reflux. We've been prescribe ranitidine so here's to hoping for better sleep for my baby
