You could try bringing it back by fifteen minutes every few days so that he gradually adjusts. You don’t mention if you have a bedtime routine but that might also help. My 4.5mo has a bath and a massage before his last feed which I think helps him to know it’s nearly bedtime.

He gets up late so that’s why his bed time is late. You just need to shift it gradually. My 3 month old settles down for the night (downstairs with us) at around 7.30pm. He sleeps until 7am with a couple of feeds overnight, then is up for the day. I have two older DC who are up at 7 for school/pre school so that works best for us.
I would start waking him a bit earlier in the morning and shifting it all back a bit gradually.

That makes sense 👍🏼 so when he wakes up at 6ish for food should I keep him awake then? Then put him down earlier in the evening? Sorry all new to this

Kirsty - yes - or maybe put him back down & wake at 7 or 730 if you want a bit more of a lie in!
