16 months and still waking every 30-45 mins HELP!!

My husband came in this morning and asked how the night was. It was a good night because my daughter only woke up every hour. We had a moment wondering how every hour could be a good night and decided we needed help. My daughter is 16 months and was an amazing newborn - she woke, fed and then went back to sleep about every three hours but since about six months she's not been great. She was breastfed but we weaned onto bottle when I went back to work at 12 months. Her sleeping can be terrible. There will be hours of grizzling. Hours and hours. This is my second baby so thought I might have more of a clue but I genuinely have no idea what to do. We co-sleep - always have and did the same with my son. I will literally do anything for sleep - any tips HUGELY appreciated! I'll also take words of encouragement!! 😂

I'd love to be encouraging but your post fills me with dread as mum to a 10 week old reasonable sleeper ShockGrinSad

What is different now to before when you got sleep?
Also, I have to ask the mil question of "is she hungry?" Sorry ConfusedWink

I am also feeling the dread my son was the same for first 2-3 months but at 4 months I often get away with 2-3 feeds in the night ... If there is nothing she needs I.e nappy changed or food... is it because she needs you to settle her?

If she can’t settle herself maybe there is a magic book out there to help you teach her ?

I am currently using the vetch polar bear every big bed time to try and use the lights and sounds to send him to sleep in the hope when he goes in his own room ( which me and husband have decided to wait unt
He is one as worried about sids ) the polar bear will activate when he cries and help settle him.

But all grand plans ( worse case I have a single mattress and I will camp with him 😂😂) x x

We have Ollie the Owl that has a cry sensor and plays white noise or lullabies. This settles DS unless he’s teething or has a cold. Could you purchase a sleep training package? I’ve not used one myself but if I was in your situation I would try anything!
