Good sleeper turned bad! Help!

My 5 month old has been a great sleeper since 3 months old. She would go down around half 6-7 every night, have a dream feed at 10 and normally slept 12-13 hours overall.

The last 2 week have been so rough and I need help! She has been waking several times a night. She doesn't want milk- I'm pretty sure as she's not actually cranky when She wakes and still is very uninterested in the morning bottle. She only ever wants 3-4 oz. She just wakes chatting to herself. But ten after a while of maybe half an hour she starts to get annoyed and I try and settle get with dummy and comforter and she will
Go back to sleep. But does anyone know what could be causing the frequent waking? I'm so tired as I just feel I'm up all night! She is in a good routine during the day of 3 hour long naps and gets plenty of milk. Thanks in advance!

I have an amazing sleeper, now 2. Did 12 hour nights from 12 weeks with no wakes. She has had periods of a couple weeks now and again where it goes a bit wibble. Try not to see it as a new permanent state, give her a couple weeks and she'll go back to being settled I expect. When you're in the middle of it, it's soul destroying, just remind yourself it's not forever! Some people have this every night for years!
