Reflux and Natphos6 tablets

Hi ladies, DS is 5 months old, EBF and I think the worlds worst sleeper 😆 A good night is waking 1-2 hourly and settling relatively quickly, a bad night is well...we all know 😣
I think a contributory factor is silent reflux as he spends most of the night back arching, moaning/groaning and generally seems much more settled when gently rocked in my arms in an upright position.
After some research I'm going to try some Nat Phos 6 homeopathic tablets, however it seems the most common way of administering them is to dissolve them in milk and give after each feed. This is a bit difficult for 2 reasons....

  1. DS doesn't take a bottle. Guess I could syringe it in maybe with a little expressed milk??
  2. Biggest issue...like most breast fed babies he feeds to sleep? So how the heck would this work? Try to wake him up to give him tablet then feed back to sleep again? Presumably defeating the object 🙈
Just wondering whether the tablets would work if I gave it before the feed rather than after and if anyone has done this? Or has anybody any suggestions or used the tablets themselves when breastfeeding?? Thanks in advance for any help xxx

Have a look into Colic Calm. You can order it online or find it in some pharmacies - absolute game changer for our daughter who had silent reflux, you can use a syringe and it doesn’t need to be used with milk. It’s alarming as it’s black Shock it’s made using natural charcoal but don’t let that worry you it’s the best thing ever!!!
