Struggling to stay asleep

My DD is now 13 weeks old. She has started to eat her hand (attempting to suck her thumb) when tired. We have tried to give her a dummy but for the most part won't take it. I take her hands out her mouth during the day and for naps. However at night it's a different story. She started waking herself up trying to get to her hands at night. We returned to swaddling her but she now hates that and we bottle feed to sleep. We are going to start putting her into a sleeping bag at night (Like we did before). As I don't want her swaddled once she starts attempting to role over.
I am worried that she is going to continue to wake herself up trying to get to her hands. Does anyone have any suggestions on what we could do? We have tried tucking her hands down with a blanket but she now just hulks out of it.
I don't really want her sucking her thumb so will continue to try with the dummy but I don't know what to do in the mean time.
Any advice would come in handy.Confused**

I found that co-sleeping was the solution, at least in my case.
Co-sleeping is different from bed sharing. Co-sleeping (sharing the same room with baby and baby sleeping in separate sleep space ex. Bassinet or mini crib) is recommended by the APA for the first year of life. And it is very important to use the right co-sleeper bassinet for each case. I remember I was searching a lot, and finally we bought a crib attached to our bed.
