Whenever bedtime rolls around again part of me despairs, knowing it's much of the same again, with ds catnapping for 30-45 mins at a time.
How long did yours last? Did you do anything in particular? Any pearls of wisdom to share? Hit me with your stories please :)

I really feel for you, this is torture. Is it almost like clockwork? If it is, it sounds like your little one could be waking at the end of each sleep cycle if it’s 40/45 mins ish.

Ah I really feel your pain! My baby was a terrible sleeper from birth, culminating at 16 weeks with 8 weeks of 30-45 min waking. This almost broke me & we introduced a bottle so my husband could give me some respite at bed/bath time.

I have no idea how he started sleeping longer, it's still a blur but it did gradually get better over time. I genuinely believe that babies will sleep how they want to, I tried everything & also being completely led by him & nothing really had an affect. I coped by sleeping when I could, getting fresh air & talking about it. When my baby was10 months we used controlled crying, it worked in 2 nights & we currently have a 19 month old who sleeps 12 hours at night & 90-120 mins for a day nap 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 your baby is clearly too young for that, so is there anyone who can take the baby for chunks of time so you can get a rest? Good luck x
