My son is almost 10 months he doesnt have a sleeping pattern some nights are almost the same but most nights hes all over the place, waking every hour or waking 3 times. Never less than 3 times. Hes excl bf he doesnt like formula and spits it out. This may be dumb but i honestly wonder how other mothers do it... how do you see to breastfeed your son at night?? I have my phone torch on all night and put a nappy over it so its not so bright but now its spring my room is bright by 6 am even though i have blinds (not blackout blinds just regular ones) so i was googling and alot of people said that blackout blinds help with sleep. Hes sleeping with me in bed because i physichally canot bend throught the night to pick him out of the cot , hes walking and trying to climb so the cot is right at the bottom and ive had scoliosis opperation on my spine and suffer from back pain often so its a huge struggle to pick a 1st 9lb boy from the cot every hour at night. So my question is do blackout blinds help? How do you feed at night what light do you use? Also im always paranoid that he might be awake and always want to see him it freaks me out not being able to see him... so if anyone else felt the same please could you just let me know how to deal with this because im getting on my own nerves.
