Early waking again!

I know I have been on here before and asked the same question but I'm really struggling with DD's early waking! She has just turned 3 and has slept around 11 hours a night since she was 2 (was not a good sleeper before then and was up every night).

But for the last couple of weeks she has been waking up any time from 5am (we have had one 4.45am). She has a gro clock so I take her back to bed and she will lie there until it goes yellow (almost 2 hours this morning!). Some mornings she comes back in a few times so I am back and forth and other times she will just lie there. The problem is she is so tired later from being up so early and is really grumpy.

She hasn't been napping since Christmas (except the odd one if we are driving) and it can't be to do with the sun rising as this morning (and a few other nights) it's still been dark when she wakes. She also has a black out blind. Anyone got any ideas? Or any tips? I am really hoping this is not just her new waking time (for the past year it's been around 6.30/7am which is perfect!)

If you take her to your bed, will she still be awake or get up?

She has never really come in my bed to sleep. Even when she's sick she likes her own space and would just mess around rather than go to sleep (she always comes into bed with me once her clock is yellow for a little cuddle and to watch cartoons while I get dressed though). So I haven't actually brought her into bed with me because I don't want her to get into the habit of it. I imagine she would probably just chat to me and stroke my face!
