I have a 2 month old baby boy who is a little wriggler! I put him to sleep on his back as recommended and he is rolling onto his side, i put him back on his back if I'm awake but this isn't the main issue he's rolling to his side and wriggling to the edge of his side sleeper with his face/head right up against the side of it. I'm assuming because this makes him feel like he lying on someone but I'm concerned that he's too close to the side of the cot and it will restrict his breathing.
My auntie is an ex health advisor and said that children were originally placed on their front as then it was advised as safer does anyone place their baby on their front? Should I be worried about him wriggling to the side of the sleeper ?
