How do I get bedtime earlier?

I have an 11 week old.
We have always relied on white noise and rocking to sleep. Recently we have had a good routine of bath at 8, then feed for 2 hours (EBF) then asleep by 11, then wakes around 3-4am, feeds for an hour then back to sleep by 5 until 7-8am. She sleeps in her Moses basket next to me in our room. I have not and will never co-sleep as too anxious about it. She would probably sleep longer in the morning but I get her up as want a routine for getting up in morning. She's terrible at napping and gets very overtired. I go out in car, pram or put her in sling to get her off.
Ideally I would bath her at 6:30, feed her from 7-8, put her down, feed again at 11 and then she'd sleep through or with one / two wake ups until 7-8 in morning.
How do we do this? I'm petrified of changing anything as at least I'm getting 6ish broken hours a night with this current routine.
She hates a dummy too.
Should I wait until the 4 month sleep regression? Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Tbh, your current routine sounds really good for an 11 week old EBF baby.

Everything you’re describing is normal for a very young baby. A have a late bed time naturally. It will edge earlier as gets older and sleeps less in the day. I really wouldn’t wake her if she’d sleep longer in the morning. Is there a reason you need to be up? More sleep for you! Morning routines can be introduced later, and when she goes to bed earlier she will get up earlier anyway.

Congrats on your little one Flowers
