Hi,
Has anyone used this? If so, how did you get on and is it worth the money?

Thank you so much!

Hi OP!
Haven't used this myself but did look in to it and contacted them. They didn't give a lot away (obviously) but did confirm that they try and establish a daytime routine with baby and bedtime routine also.
I then went to baby centre website and found an example schedule for a three month old and tried to follow it during the day as much as my DS would allow! I think as long as they are sleeping and eating enough during the day and have a good night time routine then sleeping better at night should follow. Have a look! Nighttime routine generally consists of bottle, bath, massage, story, top up bottle and white noise if you want to use it. We do this every night and our DS is gradually getting there! He's earned himself off of all milk during the night by just slowly sleeping through and dropping bottles. Hope that helps!

Thank you Sleepymama I'll have a look.
Just wondered if anyone had used their stuff. I'm really struggling getting my DD to nap. She can take up to an hour and a half to finally go to sleep and when she does, it's for 30 mins max!

I've got it. We haven't managed to successfully follow it. My DS seems to need more sleep than the programme suggests. But I did find the information that came with it useful and it made me think more about appropriate awake times etc, and has given me something to aim towards. It's based around a big lunch nap, which can be very frustrating if you have a cat napper (mine is too!). It's not a magic wand, but it seems to be a nice, sensible approach to baby sleep (neither too soft or too harsh).

I got the full programme (newborn - 3yrs) for £40 in the Black Friday sale a might be worth looking out for a deal when they have it on.

@lemondrop99 just came across your post as I’m considering purchasing the program, wondering whether you’ve had any more success?

Lemondrop99 · 16/04/2018 21:14

We’re still trying to follow it. DS is now 6 months and does a 30 min nap in the morning and a solid 2-2.5hr nap over lunch, in line with the programme. He’s recently refusing the third nap, which the programme suggests should be ok at his age with him doing the long lunch nap, but we are struggling with overtiredness before bed. However I suspect this is just nap transition, rather than any issue with the programme. He mostly sleeps 7pm-6.30/7am, currently waking for one feed around 3/4am as he’s not established on solids yet. So yeah, I feel like we’re getting there.

I wouldn’t say the programme is a magic wand but I’m glad I bought it. The info is useful and the Facebook support village is pretty good, I’ve always had a response from one of their consultants whenever we’ve hit a bump. A lot of it is just sensible routines but I’ve really found their wake times useful and I’m sure this is how we’ve got ourselves in a position where DS settles beautifully within a few minutes for most naps. Not a cure all but I would recommend.

Thanks so much @lemondrop99, I appreciate you getting back to me. It certainly does sound like you’re making good progress! My main concern with the program is the short nap in the morning, but a 2 hour midday nap sounds like bliss! The support of the consultants sounds great too... I think I’m going to take the plunge!

Lemondrop99 · 18/04/2018 09:59

Their theory is that if the baby has a long nap in the morning, it’s then a long time to get through to bedtime on just short naps. Also it makes the transition down to 1 lunch time nap easier when they’re older if they’re already used to a big sleep in the middle of the day.

That definitely makes sense! Last question - how are the feeds spaced? My LO currently feeds every 3 hours during the day - spaced from 7am-7pm.
