On tummy

I'll put my DD to bed on her back but she always rolls over on to her tummy. She's 8 months old.

What I'm asking is can babies that age sleep on their tummy's now or should I keep moving her on to her back once she's in a deep sleep?

It's fine.
Once they can roll them selves

It should be ok. Dd2 loved sleeping on her tummy very early on, we had an Angelcare monitor. I wished dd1 slept on her tummy, I think she’d have slept better.

Mine started sleeping on tummy at 5 months, we tried rolling her back but she just flipped back over. We trusted her body new what it was doing and she never sleeps on her back now.

She'll be fine, mine sleeps face down in the cot with his arms down by his sides no matter how I try and position him, and has done since about 11 months. If we didn't have the sensor pad to reassure me he was fine I'd be prodding him every few minutes.

Mine slept on his tummy from the moment he could flip over.

Providing they can roll and they have no loose covers/stacks of teddies etc in the cot, they should be fine.

Mine sleeps on his stomach with his arse in the air 😂. Will not sleep on his back.

Thank you. I have plenty of reassurance now 😊
