7 week old refusing to nap

My 7 week old has been refusing to sleep during the day. 5 days ago he was sleeping 5 hours then 4 hours then 2 hours on a night and having a morning nap of 2 hours, an afternoon nap of 2 hours then a shorter late afternoon nap. Since Saturday he is now waking up every 2.5 hours on a night and refusing point blank to nap. I manage to maybe get him to have 2 or 3 20 to 30 Minute sleeps during the day. He is exhausted, yawning his little head off but will not sleep or when he does he wakes straight up. He doesn't seem to be feeding more (EBF) so I don't think it's a growth spurt..

I've tried feeding him to sleep, putting him down awake in a quiet room in his crib (with the monitor on watching him) putting him in his basket downstairs with us both tv on and off. White noise, dummy, bouncy chair. The only thing that works is if I take him out in his pram but as soon as I stop walking or come home he wakes straight back up. The reality is though that I can't take him out for 3 hour if not more walks every day as much as I'd love to to help him sleep. He's gone from having the recommended 15/16 hours sleep to maybe 11 hours a day. Surely this can't be good for him 😫😫 if he didn't seem tired all the time (even though he rarely cries because of it) id think he just wasn't needing as much sleep but he clearly does need it . I'm at my wits end fighting him to sleep. Does anybody have any recommendations? Or similar stories? I'll try anything at this point!!! Tia xx

What if you feed him lying down on the bed with white noise on and dark?
