Dd usually goes to bed at 8 and wakes at 8:30.
She naps at about half eleven but this can vary in length.
She can also nap at 4-5 but is often hard to get down at this point.
We are now finding that she is hard to get down at bedtime and I think it's that she's just not tired enough.
I'm wondering if it's time to drop the second nap but don't want to make problems for myself.
