Wake for Longniddry periods in the night

Hi.

Bare with me......
I have a gorgeous, happy healthy 6months old but for the last almost 2months when she wakes for her 2nd night feed (always had two night feeds) it's like she is wired, totally wide awake can't sleep from anywhere between 1hr (if I'm lucky) to 2hrs. Then it takes a wee while for her to go into deep sleep and can need resettled a few times. Added to this problem is that she usually wakes around 4-5am for this feed so by time she's finally back to sleep it's time for me to get up.
She doesn't seem upset, well until she rolls on her front and gets stuck. She's quite happy lying there shouting her head off.
She used a dummy for sleep so I have to keep getting out of bed at this wake period to give her the dummy to try help get her back to sleep so need to wait til she's back to shorter wake periods before transitioning her to own room.

Before this she'd get drowsy at end of feed and go back to sleep within 15mins of waking, 8/10 times does that for first night feed.

So any suggestions on how to break this long night wake?
Naps are good in the day.
Day starts usually between 7-8am for her, first nap between 9.30-10 for between 30-40mins then takes a good 2hr - 2.5hr nap in the afternoon.
Recently dropped late afternoon nap (most days unless we've had a big tiring day or had shorted earlier afternoon nap) this issue been going on before dropping the nap and has made no impact on the sleep.

I'd have the cot next to my bed so that in-cot resettles can all be done without me getting up.

I wouldn't move cot to another room until baby was reliably sleeping through. I just don't have the energy to keep walking back and forth to another room all night. Mine went into own room between 9-12m.
