9 m/o started waking for bottles, like having a newborn!

Any advice gratefully received.
My 9mo has been sleeping through for months, we are very lucky I know.
This last week she has been waking at 12 and 4 for bottles, definitely hunger as she is draining the bottles quickly then going back to sleep.
She eats well during the day, I can't see how I can get any more food / milk into her without making her sick.
Is this a phase? Is this my life now? I wouldn't really mind but I'm going back to work after mat leave on Monday, so the timing couldn't be any worse really Sad.
If anyone has any advice or tips I'd be ever so grateful. Thanks in advance.

If she's definately hungry then the answer is more calories in the daytime so that you can resettle at night without feeding.

Increase portion sizes
Increase food groups - include lots of dairy, protein and carbs
Add a second or third course to meals
Use high calorie options - bananas, avocado, cream when cooking, bread, white rice etc
Don't forget fluids in the daytime - water, squash, fruit juice

In terms of the number of "courses" to a meal, between 6-12 months my child a meal times went along these lines:
(1) jar of savoury baby food, spoon fed so I knew these calories went in
(2) a full portion of whatever I was having, as finger food
(3) Yoghurt, spoon fed so I knew these calories went in
(4) sliced while fruit as finger food

So four courses for all three meals. Then following this with a milk feed. At time progressed from 6m to 12m, increasing amounts of the finger food was eaten so that less of the pureed stuff was needed.

It might just be a growth spurt. My DD is 12 months and still sometimes wakes for one or two feeds in the night.

Thanks both.
I think based on your plan fate I need to offer her more food, especially the finger foods as we aren't progressing very well there, as soon as she's eaten her spoon feed she's dying to get out of the high chair and practise her crawling.
Useful info, thanks very much.

When mine started doing this I have them baby porridge before their bedtime routine. Kept their tummies nice and full over overnight.
