Limit screen time before bed?

I heard some research that said that sleep quality is increased if there is no screen time in the hour before going to bed.

Relaxation techniques are also helpful for this age. Often they are taught these at school, does she know any? Mindfulness, letting your body feel like it's falling into your bed, squeeze and relax joints, the concept of the "happy place" - these kinds of things.

Also obvious things - reduce caffeine, plenty of fresh air, exercise but don't exercise too late into the evening.

Swimming might help, an evening swim is good for relaxing, maybe even a sauna/steam if she is old enough and accompanied.

No screens an hour before bed

Do some exercise. A run or exercise routine from YouTube.

Then try a meditation cd before bed.
