As the title suggests really! Anyone else finding this?
I watched a sleep programme on BBC Iplayer last week and it explained how sleep deprivation affects hormones that make you hungry (or not). I'd suspected lack of sleep was a cause but now I know. I just feel so hungry all the time, but what I really need is a good nights sleep!
Lost all my baby weight within a few weeks, but then got bigger than I was in pregnancy within a few months!
